ABOUT ME


Hello! My name is James Fender and I'm pleased to share a little about my background and passion for fitness and nutrition. Originally from Wales, UK, I currently reside in sunny Spain, specifically the Canary Islands, where I founded THE NUTRITION PROGRAM (TNP) software and am the proud trainer and owner of ELITE FITNESS Las Palmas.

My journey to wellness has not been an easy one. For years, I struggled with weight fluctuations and a tumultuous relationship with food. I experienced the discouraging cycle of reaching fitness goals, only to see them fade away in a constant back and forth. This personal experience led me to question whether there was a better way to approach nutrition and exercise.


Armed with a steely determination and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, I immersed myself in the world of nutrition, exploring the intricacies of human metabolism and the fundamentals of a balanced diet. For more than a decade, I dedicated myself to studying at some of the best universities and attending nutrition seminars around the world. This journey of learning not only broadened my horizons, but also gave me a deeper understanding of the complexities of the human body and its relationship with food.


Finally, after years of research, development and refinement, I came up with a holistic approach that not only transformed my own life, but has helped countless others achieve their health and wellness goals. This approach, encapsulated in THE NUTRITION PROGRAM software and captured in the pages of "The 20 Minute Diet Book", is the result of years of experience, testing and passionate dedication.


My goal is to share this knowledge with the world, providing people with the tools and resources they need to achieve a healthier and fuller life.
